About the magazine

Mountain Network News is a monthly magazine for the people who live along the ridges and canyons of the Santa Cruz Mountains. It arrives in mailboxes across 95033 with neighborhood news, fire and road updates, local history, nature notes, school happenings and a calendar of what's on.

Every printed edition is now published here as well. Each issue keeps its volume and issue number, and every article in it becomes its own page so stories can be read, searched and shared long after the paper copy has gone into the recycling bin.

Submit a story or event

Community submissions are welcome — club notices, school news, obituaries, trail reports and photographs. Email the details, and please include a name and phone number in case of questions.
